Error Message: Your License key is expired or Invalid
If you are getting the issue with your license there would be two reasons as below :
- You might have changed your IP Address or Directory or Domain: In this case, you have to just re-issue your license from your client area :
- Because of non-payment or suspension of your service. If you have not paid the bill/invoice then it will show this license key issue. In this case, you have to pay your invoice from your client are and re-issue the license key.
How to re-issue your license key :
- Log in to your Client Area: https://www.whmcssmarters.com/clients/clientarea.php
- Navigate to Services - My Services -> Choose your services
